Shipping Address and Accuracy

Please verify the shipping address is complete and correctly provided. Any deliveries sent to a wrong address provided cannot be recovered. The shipping address submitted is the address items will be shipped to. Walt Evans Decorators, Inc., also known as, Vintage Flags is not responsible for missed or misdirected deliveries due a customer providing an incorrect address. Vintage Flags will attempt to contact the customer if a discrepancy is easily recognized.

Shipping

We ship via United States Mail Monday through Friday. Your order will generally be shipped by the next business day and you will receive tracking information via email.  

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping.

Returns

Vintage Flags does not accept returns. 

Shipping Problems

If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us at vintageflags@mail.com within 72 hours. We will work with the respective carrier for claim. In order to process the claim, you must keep all original packaging and damaged items. We cannot process claims after 72 hours or without original packaging. 

It is imperative that customers open newly received shipments to insure all items ordered have been correctly delivered.  We will do our very best to get missing products left out of the shipments to our customers in time for the event if possible.

Order Changes

Order changes or cancellations may be made only before orders have shipped.
